European Cooperation in Higher Education for a resilient future
This cooperation partnership brings together four universities engaged in driving progress in higher education. The project is structured around four essential action fields:
WP2: Strengthening the coherence of teaching on a certain set of subject
In this workpackage, all activities aim to improve the quality of teaching at each partner university. The actions to be carried out are: improving coherence between courses (for example, between mathematics and electronics) by having teachers from different subjects working together on the coherence, experimenting the concept of learning assistants having a very small age gap with the students, and finally providing techniques for conflict-free and effective teamwork.
WP3: Development of new and modernization of existing selected courses as examples of teacher’s collaboration
The main objective of this workpackage is pedagogical innovation in link with the need and situation in Ukraine. Two new courses are created « Designing of Communication Systems » and « Designing of Electrical Networks » are oriented towards the reconstruction of these two types of network, based on concrete examples provided by the Ukrainian team. The action “Home Compatible Labworks” aims to propose ready-to-teach labwork in the field of electronics. This concept of “Home Compatible Labworks”, already experienced by many Universities during the COVID pandemics, is particularly meaningful in situations where traveling every day to University is difficult (war zone, natural disaster, pandemic). Finally there is an action around “Research based teaching”, to experience both results of pedagogical research and introduction to academic research.
WP4: Strengthening cooperation with Ukrainian university and use its experience of working and implementing projects under difficult conditions
In this work package, the actions aim to maintain and develop Ukraine’s numerous international relations and partnerships, to offer a significant series of courses to each partner on the topic of teaching in war condition and finally to bring together for discussion LPNU students with students from each of the partner universities. It is also planned to develop the skills of participants to prepare a proposal for international project.
